Job Description

This position is an administrative assistant within their customer service department. In this position, you will be dealing with large amounts of client data on a daily basis and will be tasked with formatting this information and manipulating the information when necessary. This is a long-term position.

Minimum requirements for each position:
– 3+ years administrative experience
– Stable work history
– Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
– A passion for data management and non-profit

The right fit should be career minded and seeking advancement and growth. Applicants need to be comfortable in front office organization, customer service, and phone work. Also, it is very important to be comfortable in dealing with people on a constant basis.
