I believe that my strong technical experience and education will make me a very competitive candidate. Pertinent experience and skills for the civil engineering positions include:

• I have a 5-years degree in civil engineering, a master in Science and Technology of Water Resources and a DPhil in the area of Computational Fluid Dynamics.
• I have successfully designed, developed, and supported numerical models for academic, research and industrial applications.
• I have the flexibility and convenience in learning and applying new programming languages and I can provide algorithm solutions quickly and with minimum computational and financial cost.
• My master thesis involved the development of a program that was calculating the distribution of potential solar radiation over irregular topography and the application of the model in ArcGIS environment.
• My DPhil project consisted of the development of a shallow flow numerical model used for flood simulation. The algorithm was written in FORTRAN.
