Proposed and delivered pre-opening 5-year business plan to define and achieve owner’s objectives. Oversaw the project (project management), involving the transformation of a historic 1925 tobacco warehouse into a boutique 74 room luxury 5-star hotel. Chose executive team and preferred suppliers to ensure excellent hotel operations. Property renovation works came to a halt due to (financial crisis) capital controls imposed in July’15.

Developed a new company of retail supermarkets from 1 to 5 stores in the state of Katanga by capitalizing on brand value. Reporting to three owning partners and managed team of 1 Asst. GM, 5 Dept.
